Periodontics
What is Periodontics?
Periodontics, in general, examines the health and pathology of teeth and the tissues surrounding the teeth and their treatment. Periodontal diseases include from simple inflammation of the gums (gingivitis) to serious infections (periodontitis), where inflammation of both bone and gingival tissues cause resorption of bone and bleeding/swelling respectively, resulting mobility and migration of tooth and malodor.

Mucogingival surgeries
Mucogingival Operations include surgical procedures performed to correct gingival and mucosal defects. Otherwise these may increase the severity of existing periodontal disease or prevent the success of periodontal treatment.
Implant surgeries
The surgical process of implant placement for restoration of missing tooth under local anesthesia
Extraction of impacted tooth
Impacted teeth are teeth that we would normally expect to come into our mouth, but could not erupt for various reasons and remained in our jaws under the gums or bone. Wisdom teeth are the most commonly impacted teeth.
